Leasing Consultant – AMLI Aero

AMLI Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant at AMLI Aero, our brand-new, 442-unit luxury apartment community and our first apartment community in San Diego!

As a member of our initial leasing team, you'll play an important role in introducing AMLI to the San Diego market, welcoming our first residents, and helping establish the community as a premier place to live.

Whether you have apartment leasing experience or a background in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service, we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and loves connecting with people.

What You'll Do

Your primary goal is to turn prospective renters into residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Showcase & Sell: Conduct engaging apartment tours, highlighting our brand-new apartment homes, luxury amenities, and community features.
• Build Relationships: Connect with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find their ideal home.
• Follow Up & Close: Respond to phone, email, text, and online inquiries, following up consistently to convert leads into signed leases.
• Drive Leasing Success: Work toward individual and team leasing goals while helping build occupancy at our new 442-unit community.
• Create Great First Impressions: Help introduce AMLI Aero to the San Diego market and build excitement about the community.
• Guide the Leasing Process: Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Coordinate move-ins and help ensure a welcoming experience for our first residents.
• Support Community Engagement: Participate in resident events, marketing initiatives, and outreach activities.
• Work as a Team: Collaborate with onsite colleagues to achieve leasing goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Weekend availability
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident, outgoing, and professional approach to working with customers
• Sales-driven mindset with a desire to achieve goals
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Apartment leasing or property management
• Retail sales, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or other customer-facing industries
