LUMA Residential is looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at Hunters Hill Apartments, a 436-home apartment community in Dallas, Texas.

We're looking for someone who knows that successful leasing requires more than giving great tours. It takes strong follow-up, relationship building, organization, and the ability to turn prospects into residents.

What You'll Do

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life while helping drive leasing success and creating raving fans at Hunters Hill.

Drive Leasing Success

• Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized apartment tours
• Build relationships with prospects and identify their housing needs
• Confidently present apartment features, amenities, pricing, and availability
• Follow up consistently with prospects by phone, email, text, and CRM
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the lease
• Work toward achieving a 33% or higher prospect-to-resident conversion rate
• Support community occupancy and leasing goals
• Maintain accurate leasing records, applications, and prospect information

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Welcome prospects and residents with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer service
• Handle resident questions and concerns with patience, professionalism, and follow-through
• Help create a welcoming environment where residents feel valued
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive first impression
• Take ownership of customer interactions and follow through on commitments

Stay Organized in a Busy Community

With 436 apartment homes, organization, communication, and time management are essential!

• Manage multiple prospects, applications, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate information in property management and CRM systems
• Prioritize daily responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with the Property Manager and onsite team
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Support resident events, outreach marketing, and community activities
• Help maintain the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths in excellent condition

Be a Strong Team Player

• Bring energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to the team
• Work collaboratively to achieve leasing and occupancy goals
• Share ideas and contribute to solutions
• Remain adaptable and professional in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already understands apartment leasing and is ready to put that experience to work!

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience
• Strong sales, closing, and prospect follow-up skills
• Experience managing multiple leads and leasing activities
• Excellent customer service and resident relations skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Confident, professional communication skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume apartment community
• Ability to work Saturdays as required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with active automobile liability insurance in your name

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leasing at a large apartment community
• Experience with EliseAI
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
