Description Apartment Leasing Consultant at 21 South at Parkview Apartments Baton Rouge, LA Full-Time On-site PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal)

What You Will be Doing: - Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
- Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
- Use your leasing expertise to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect experience
What We Want To See: - Strong computer skills
- 6 months or more experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
- Prior experience hitting leasing goals or occupancy targets is a strong plus
- Skilled problem solving
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched dedication to customer service
