This is a great fit for someone with billing, construction administration, service, or general office experience who enjoys staying organized and keeping things moving behind the scenes.What You'll DoProcess purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and service documentationUpdate Excel spreadsheets and tracking reportsCommunicate with vendors and internal teamsMaintain organized project and service filesAssist with billing and general administrative supportProvide backup support to the service/dispatch teamWhat We're Looking ForPrevious administrative, billing, or office experienceConstruction, HVAC, mechanical, or service industry experience is a plusExperience with POs, invoices, work orders, or vendor portals is highly preferredStrong Excel, organization, and communication skillsDependable, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple prioritiesPay: $22-$23/hour, with flexibility for a highly qualified candidate Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-11:30 AM, approximately 20 hours/weekThis role has the potential to grow into full-time hours and permanent employment.
