Are you a highly experienced armed security professional, military veteran, law enforcement officer, corrections officer, or POST-certified professional looking for a premium security position?

We are seeking Elite Armed Security Guards to provide security services at a high-visibility retail location in Memphis. This role is designed for seasoned professionals who can maintain a commanding presence, respond effectively to incidents, and ensure a safe environment for clients, employees, and customers.

Schedule

• Friday – Sunday
• 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
• 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend-Only Position

Pay

$35.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional armed security presence
• Deter theft, violence, and criminal activity
• Conduct active foot patrols throughout the property
• Respond to incidents quickly and professionally
• Utilize de-escalation techniques when appropriate
• Document incidents and communicate effectively with management

Required Qualifications

All requirements are mandatory:

• Prior Military, Corrections, Law Enforcement, or POST-Certified experience
• Minimum 5 years of Armed Security experience
• Valid Armed Guard Card
• Current De-escalation Certification
• AED/CPR Certification
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Current certifications for:
  • Baton
  • Pepper Spray
  • Handcuffs
  • Z26 Taser

Selected candidates must complete Mississippi state licensing requirements (travel required)
