1st Shift
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday
3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Monitor and attend industrial ovens during production.
Read production routers and follow work instructions.
Use a computer to look up oven cycles and select the correct programs.
Size sleeves using the appropriate methods to achieve required diameters.
Monitor oven cycles to ensure parts are processed correctly.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy after each cycle.
Identify and report quality concerns or equipment issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience .
Basic computer skills.
Forklift experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, with or without assistance.
Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, climb, and kneel as needed.

Pay Details: $20.83 to $23.33 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
