Position Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Selector responsible for picking, organizing, and preparing products for delivery to local customers, supporting community nourishment efforts. Key Responsibilities Use order sheets or audio headsets to accurately pick items. Stack products on pallets, ensuring safe wrapping and loading. Maintain order accuracy and follow safety standards. Operate material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks. Inspect equipment and report discrepancies. Perform frequent safe lifting of products weighing 1-60+ lbs. Follow proper safety procedures for handling sharp objects and equipment. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required. Candidates should be comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and walking extensive distances, often handling products of varying weights and heights. Safety awareness and ability to operate equipment are essential. Key Duties & Environment Pick and organize grocery items in a fast-paced environment.
