Laptop Repair TechnicianOur client requires experienced repair technicians to address a significant backlog of laptops and desktops. In this role, you will diagnose hardware issues, replace non-functional components, and document devices that are beyond repair. This is a production-oriented position with a target of approximately six repairs per shift. The majority of devices are Dell, HPE, and Lenovo models.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair laptops and desktops at the component level, including motherboards, screens, keyboards, batteries, drives, and RAM.Record serial numbers, asset tags, and repair outcomes on paper tracking sheets.Identify and flag devices that are under warranty or cannot be repaired.Required QualificationsExperience: Hands-on laptop and desktop repair experience, with a preference for Dell, HPE, or Lenovo devices.Skills: Comfort working at a steady, production pace with attention to detail. Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
