Oven Operator Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Julio’s Benbrook 7601 Benbrook Pkwy Benbrook Texas, 76126 Position Summary The Oven Operator reports to the production supervisor and is a key member of our “Julio’s Family. This position’s primary role is monitor and adjust baking ovens to ensure corn chips are baked to specifications. Job Duties Responsible for following all food safety policies and procedures, current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), SSOP’s and HACCP plan. Records oven procedures on the daily checklist. Operates Oven Adjusts oven temperature accordingly. Monitors chain oil amounts Assists in other positions as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- WILL TRAIN

Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking) required. Strong Organizational skills required. Ability to perform math (add, divide, fractions, percentages). Ability to conduct on-going interpersonal interactions, analyze and solve problems. Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software and the ability to navigate and research the Internet. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. High School diploma or general education degree preferred but not required. Working Environment Manufacturing environment in a food manufacturing facility. High ambient temperatures. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as non-slip footwear, hairnets, beard nets and ear protection. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and move heavy materials up to a minimum of 50 pounds. Employees will be subject to dust, noise, and odor. The physical activity of this position includes, but is limited to routine walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and visual activity. Julio’s Corn Chips are legend in these parts.
